The KAISER tools are backed up by more than 70 years of tradition. From the outset , they are among the best tools in the world. From the outset, Mr Heinz Kaiser (Switzerland) has exclusively focused on the development and production of boring tools that are perfect in every detail. In 2015, HEINZ KAISER AG merged with the Japanese tool manufacturer BIG DAISHOWA and the current company BIG KAISERwas established. The tools are widespread throughout the world and considered to be the best in the world.

BIG KAISER has patented the modular CKB/CKN system, which allows the tool to be assembled according to the needs of the user. It allows you to finish holes in the range of 0.4-3,000 mm, snagging holes from 20-3,000 mm.

The length of the boring bar can reach up to 10 times the diameter of the tool. Finished heads can be set to the accuracy of 0.001 mm and their accuracy is highly valued at the stability of the settings for repeated production. Even long bars (up to 520 mm) can be relieved by using hardened aluminium parts. High cutting conditions can be used due to tool balance.

The roughing tool will only be used for finishing by replacing the roughing by the finishing head.
